Keltic has been working with Gary Chase, the assessor s office, and the title company to determine the actual size of the fairgrounds parking lot property. The actual parcel is delineated on the Assessor s Tax Plat No. 1, however, a 60 strip on the south side of the parcel that goes out to Meador/Cleveland is unplatted; it also is not part of the fairgrounds deed nor part of the platted city parcel.
