Ordinance Amending the Forsyth County Zoning Ordinance and Official Zoning Map of the County of Forsyth, North Carolina C. Approval of Special Use District - No Site Plan Permit After Chris Murphy, Deputy Director, City/County Inspections Department, reviewed the special use district no site plan zoning petition, Chairman Plyler opened the public hearing. As no one came forward to speak in favor of or in opposition to the request, Chairman Plyler declared the public hearing closed. 2. A. Public Hearing to Consider the Expenditure of County General Funds for an Economic Development Project to Aid and Encourage the Location and Expansion by HPFABRICS, INC. of a Suede Fabrics Production Operation in Forsyth County and Execution of an Economic Development Agreement With HPFABRICS, INC. and Necessary Agreements With the City of Winston-Salem and the State of North Carolina Relating to One North Carolina Funds B. Resolution Authorizing the Expenditure of County General Funds for an Economic Development Project to Aid and Encourage the Location and Expansion by HPFABRICS, INC. of a Suede Fabrics Production Operation in Forsyth County and Authorizing Execution of an Economic Development Agreement With HPFABRICS, INC. and Necessary Agreements With the City of Winston-Salem and the State of North Carolina Relating to One North Carolina Funds After Kyle Haney, Forsyth County Housing Department, reviewed the proposed economic development project, Chairman Plyler opened the public hearing. As no one came forward to

speak in favor of or in opposition to the request, Chairman Plyler declared the public hearing closed. 3.
