GENERAL INFORMATION LOCATION Naples, the regional capital of Campania, is one of the greatest and fascinating art heritage cities in the Mediterranean region. The town dominates the homonymous Gulf, extending from the Sorrento Peninsula to the volcanic area of Campi Flegrei. It has a deeply suggestive view thanks to the impressive effect of the big volcano, the Vesuvius, in the background on one side and on the other the three magic and beautiful Capri, Ischia and Procida islands, seemingly like small precious jewels coming out of the sea. Naples is reach in beautiful landscapes but its worldwide fame is also due to the fascination of its old centre rich of 2500 years of history and since 1995, it appears in the World Heritage List of UNESCO.

THE CONGRESS VENUE MOSTRA D OLTREMARE THE PALACONGRESSI The Mostra d'oltremare in Naples is one of the major Italian sites for exhibitions, the largest in Southern Italy. The area covers an extension of 720.000 m² including office buildings of notable historical-architectural interest, as well as more modern exhibition halls, fountains (amongst the monumental Fontana dell'esedra), a tropical aquarium, gardens with a great variety of tree species and an archaeological park. It is located in the Neapolitan district of Fuorigrotta and is well connected to all city quarters by means of an extensive urban transport network, including the Cumana and the underground; the latter is inside the Campi Flegrei railway station.

1. EXHIBITION AREA The real extension of the exhibition s area includes: The PALACONGRESSI Spaces in front of the working areas and Common areas, ensuring all exhibitors high visibility. EXHIBITORS PASSES Each 3x2 m 2 of bought space is entitled to two passes for the staff, consisting of the following: 1. Free entrance to exhibition area and to scientific sessions 2. 1 Congress bag 3. Ticket for lunch for the congress days 4. Ticket for the Social Dinner Any additional ticket needed for meals, social programs or anything else can be purchased as an extra at the set price. Please address your request to E&C Secretariat (PCO). PLEASE NOTE: Anything not specifically here indicated and yet deemed necessary to fulfil extra needs can be requested and separately quoted. Any request submitted to the Organization will be carefully evaluated and it has to comply with WFITN2019 Congress General Terms and Conditions, and Mostra d Oltremare GENERAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS OF THE EVENT, available on http://www.wfitn2019.com/index.php/exhibition-partnership/partnership-opportunities/ The exhibition areas will be allocated on early birds basis, on date of application and if still available at the time of request. The exhibitors are invited to visit the Congress venue to have a technical inspection of exhibition areas and location with prior notice to the Secretariat of E&C (PCO). No space will be allocated if the contract is not duly signed and corroborated by the 30% deposit of the total invoiced. The remaining 70% is divided in two instalments: - 35% is due no later than June 5. 2019; - 35% is due 30 (thirty days) after the end of the congress.

2.45 EXCLUSIVE WORKSHOP 20.000,00 45 minutes company workshop with the exclusive use of one hall in Palacongressi at a set time agreed. Companies interested to the service may address request of such space at the price of 20.000,00. Each Company may purchase the space for more sessions of workshop (to be held just no more than 1 per day). The Company will select the speaker and/or tutor for workshop but it is subject to the Scientific Committee approval. Hall, audio-visual devices, welcome hostess are included. No additional charge for grants to speakers or travel expenses, hotel accommodation or similar. All registered participants will receive an email advising of date, time and place of Workshop. The session will be shown in the final program with the Company Logo Thanks on Congress opening and closing dates are included 3. 20 EXCLUSIVE SYMPOSIUM 15.000,00 A Company Symposium can be organized in one hall in Palacongressi during the coffee or lunch break. Every day one hour works of the congress will be about one specific topic. The same time can be useful to arrange a 20 minutes Symposium. The Company interested to the service may request such space at the set price of 15.000,00. Each Company may purchase the space for more sessions but no more than 1 Workshop a day can be held. The Company can select the speaker and/or tutor for workshop but it is subject to the Scientific Committee approval. Hall, audio-visual devices, welcome hostess are included. No additional charge for grants to speakers or travel expenses, hotel accommodation or similar. All registered participants will receive an email advising of date, time and place of Symposium. The session will be shown in the final program with the Company Logo. Thanks on Congress opening and closing dates are included.

4. LOGO ON WEBSITE 5.000,00 Eight days before, during and after the event the Company Logo will be kept visible on the event s website. The Company Logo will be shown in the final program of the Congress. Thanks at the opening and closing of the Congress are included. 5. BRANDED APP 15.000,00 Eight days before the beginning of the event and during the whole event s duration, the Company logo prominently embedded in the APP. The APP is designed to invite users to visit the company stand. The APP will be indicated in the final program with the Company logo. Thanks at the opening and closing of the Congress are included. 6. BRANDED WIFI ACCESS KEY 12.000,00 The Wifi key password will recall the name of the Company purchasing the service. The Company logo is in the final program of the Congress Thanks at the opening and closing of the Congress are included. 7. POSTER AREA 10.000,00 Abstracts selected will be shown as E-Posters at the Congress. Screens located in selected areas will show to participants the E-Posters presentation. The Company logo or any product or other selected by the Company will be appearing on the screens during the time necessary to select the poster to visit. A Company banner can be positioned in

poster area and the Company logo will appear in the final program of the Congress. Thanks at the opening and closing of the Congress are included. 8. CONGRESS BAG 20.000,00 The sponsoring Company logo appears on the Congress bags together with the WFITN2019 logo. E&C (PCO) provides these bags with prior sending of all the necessary for the Company logo printing. The bags will be distributed to all the participants, both participants and speakers, and will be visible for the duration of the Congress and also used after the Congress. The Company logo will appear in the final program of the Congress. Thanks at the opening and closing of the Congress are included. ALTERNATIVELY The Company can provide the bags but the sample is subject to careful evaluation and approval by E&C (PCO). This promotional opportunity is given at the price of 10.000,00 9. BADGE HOLDERS LANYARDS 8.000,00 The sponsoring Company logo appears on the lanyards of the badge holder. E&C (PCO) will provide the lanyards after prior sending the company logo to be printed, together with the WFITN 2019 logo. The badge lanyards will be distributed to all the participants, both delegates and speakers and will be visible for the duration of the Congress. The Company logo will be indicated in the final program of the Congress.

10. BANNER ON DISPLAY 3.000,00 The banner of the sponsor company will be located in the congress area for the duration of the Congress. The Company logo will be indicated in the final program of the Congress. 11. LOGO PROJECTION 3.500,00 A proper slide with Company logo will be screened in the Plenary room before and at closing of the Congress works during the four days of Congress ALTERNATIVELY The projection of Company logo or of a medical device on screens located in the Congress area The Company logo will be indicated in the final program of the Congress. 12. BROCHURES AND TECHNICAL SHEET 4.000,00 E&C Secretariat will take care of the distribution of 2 brochures or technical sheets to all participants and speaker of the Congress. The Company s logo will be indicated in the final program of the Congress. 13. LOGO IN THE CONGRESS FINAL PROGRAM 4.000,00 The Company logo will be indicated in the final program of the Congress.

14. DISTRIBUTION OF COMPANY S GADGETS 5.000,00 E&C Secretariat will take care of the distribution of promotional items with Company s logo to all participants and speakers of the Congress. ALTERNATIVELY Gadgets with Company s logo are inserted in the Congress bag. The promotional items intended to be distributed must first be submitted to E&C before the beginning of the Congress to get the relevant authorizations. The Company s logo will be indicated in the final program of the Congress. ALTERNATIVELY Notebook and pens with Company s logo are inserted in the Congress bag 15. CALENDARS OF 2020 10.000,00 Colour Company s logo printed on 2020 desk calendars with the same graphics of the event. The calendars will be included in the congress bags. Please Note: this promotional opportunity will be possible if at least 3 Companies will join the project. The calendars will be distributed to all participants and speakers of the congress and will be exhibited on their desks throughout the year 2020.
