Create a Nearpod Presentation 1) From the Home Screen, click Create. 2) Locate and Drag & Drop your file. 3) Click Ok. 11

Open-Ended Question Add an Open Ended Question 1) Click Add Slide Icon. 2) Click Add Activity button. 3) Select Open-Ended Question. 4) Enter your question in the Question field. 15

Edit Your Presentation Editing your presentation allows you to make edits to a published presentation. 1) Click My Library. 2) Select presentation. 3) Click Edit. 4) Click Accept. 30
Modify & Preview Presentation Delete Slides 1) Click on the desired slide. 2) Click the Delete button. 3) Click Accept. Re-Arrange Slides 1) Click and hold the desired slide and drag and drop to the new location. 31

Publish Your Presentation Once you have created your presentation, you must publish it to share it with your students/audience. 1) Click Publish in the lower right corner. 2) When the confirmation dialog box displays Are you sure you want to, click Yes. 33

Launch Your Presentation Ø You must launch your presentation to share it with your audience Ø It is recommended that you launch your presentation using a tablet Note: A presentation cannot be launched with a smartphone. 35
Join a Session Have the audience join a Nearpod Presentation 1) Tap the Nearpod app or go to www.nearpod.com. 2) In the Join a Session field, enter the PIN number provided by presenter. 3) Tap OK. 4) As prompted, enter Name and/or Student ID. 5) Tap Send. 36

Homework (Paid Feature) 1) Click My Library. 2) Select desired presentation. 3) Click Homework button on lower-left corner. 4) Click Email option. 5) Enter email address(es) in To: field. 6) Click Send. 7) Click Close. 38
