Clerk J. Feuerhelm called the meeting to order at 8:32 a.m. Deputy Clerk C. Kern acknowledged those present and established that there was a quorum: Members present: Jamie Feuerhelm County Clerk Ginny Huber Republican Party Rep. Carol Zalusky Democratic Party Rep. Members absent: 0 Agenda approved as presented. None. Motion by G. Huber/C. Zalusky to approve Board of Canvasser minutes of Feb. 28 th, 2013 as presented; motion carried unanimously. 1) Meeting Convened 2) Those Present 3) Approve Agenda 4) Public Comment 5) Approve Minutes Canvas of April 2 ND Spring Election 6) Canvass Election Returns TOWN OF CLIFTON: Reconciled voter numbers & verified voter total to be 252 voters. TOWN OF DIAMOND BLUFF: Reconciled voter numbers & verified voter total to be 42 voters. TOWN OF ELLSWORTH: Reconciled voter numbers & verified voter total to be 147 voters. TOWN OF EL PASO: Reconciled voter numbers & verified voter total to be 75 voters. TOWN OF GILMAN: Reconciled voter numbers & verified voter total to be 268 voters.

TOWN OF HARTLAND: Reported 47 votes for Court of Appeals Judge candidate Lisa K. Stark. Tapes from both machines equal 46. No explanation where other vote may have come from. Adjusted total for Stark to 46. Reconciled voter numbers & verified voter total to be 79 voters. GAB-190 #7 needs to be filled out. Info needed contained on front /certification page of the poll book. GAB-190 Cost of Elections section listed stamps under Miscellaneous and should be listed under #2 Ballots, not #11 Misc. GAB-190 #13 voting equipment only needs to be completed if there is new equipment since the last election. TOWN OF ISABELLE: Reconciled voter numbers & verified voter total to be 43 voters. TOWN OF MAIDEN ROCK: Did not record or count 1 write in vote for Court of Appeals office. Name so noted & added to total. Reconciled voter numbers & verified voter total to be 136 voters. TOWN OF MARTELL: Reconciled voter numbers & verified voter total to be 230 voters. TOWN OF OAK GROVE: Reconciled voter numbers & verified voter total to be 442 voters. TOWN OF RIVER FALLS: Reconciled voter numbers & verified voter total to be 327 voters. TOWN ROCK ELM: Reconciled voter numbers & verified voter total to be 54 voters. TOWN OF SALEM: Reconciled voter numbers & verified voter total to be 56 voters. arriving absentee ballots. Must be ballots postmarked no later than the date of election and delivered no later than 4pm the following Friday. If all absentee ballots are returned prior to the close of polls on Election Day the MBOC does not have to meet on Friday. TOWN OF SPRING LAKE: Reconciled voter numbers & verified voter total to be 90 voters. Board of Canvassers > 04/08/2013 Page 2 of 4

MBOC needs to meet on Friday to address this issue even if it is known that the ballot will not be returned. Didn t add 10 votes cast on Optical Scan unit. Revised vote totals for Evers to 77. Reconciled voter numbers & verified voter total to be 109 voters. VILLAGE OF MAIDEN ROCK: Reconciled voter numbers & verified voter total to be 43 voters. VILLAGE OF PLUM CITY: Reconciled voter numbers & verified voter total to be 141 voters. VILLAGE OF SPRING VALLEY: Reconciled voter numbers & verified voter total to be 256 voters. CITY OF PRESCOTT: WARDS 1 6: Reconciled voter numbers & verified voter total to be 281 voters.
