ISSUANCE OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 2005-01 (GLENWOOD AT ALISO VIEJO) 2007 SPECIAL TAX BONDS AND RELATED DOCUMENTS Acting in the capacity of the legislative body of Community Facilities District No. 2005-01, adopt the following entitled resolution to authorize the issuance off bonds for the District to finance the acquisition or construction of certain authorized public improvements and to approve the form of a Fiscal Agent Agreement, Bond Purchase Agreement, Preliminary Official Statement and Continuing Disclosure Certificate pertaining to such bonds. RESOLUTION NO.. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALISO VIEJO, ACTING AS THE LEGISLATIVE BODY OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 2005-01 (GLENWOOD AT ALISO VIEJO) OF THE CITY OF ALISO VIEJO, AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 2005-01 (GLENWOOD AT ALISO VIEJO) DESIGNATED 2007 SPECIAL TAX BONDS, IN AN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $37,500,000, APPOINTING A FISCAL AGENT, APPROVING A FISCAL AGENT AGREEMENT, PRELIMINARY OFFICIAL STATEMENT, BOND PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND CONTINUING DISCLOSURE CERTIFICATE AND AUTHORIZING NEGOTIATION OF TERMS OF THE SALE OF SAID BONDS, AND AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF FINAL OFFICIAL STATEMENT. TRAIL AMENITY DESIGNS Receive Staff presentation and provide direction to Staff and Consultant (RJM Design Group) relating to trail amenities, design features, and prioritization for Phase 1 of Town Center Loop Trail and the portion of the Ranch Loop Trail in the Edison Right-of-Way. 11. AWARD OF CONTRACT TO RJM DESIGN GROUP (RJM) MASTER PLANNING SERVICES FOR ALISO VIEJO RANCH SITE 1. Award a contract to RJM Design Group (RJM) to provide master planning services for the Aliso Viejo Ranch. 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services contract with RJM in an amount not to exceed $83,100. 3. Authorize the appropriation of $8,100 from the General Fund Unreserved Fund balance. 12. CONSIDERATION OF DRAFT PRELIMINARY BUDGET FOR THE ALISO VIEJO AQUATIC & COMMUNITY CONFERENCE CENTERS Receive Staff presentation and provide comments and direction to the Draft Preliminary Budget for the Aliso Viejo Aquatic & Community Conference Centers. 13. PROPOSED ORDINANCE NUISANCE TO REMOVE OR ALTER ENHANCED HARDSCAPE. Introduce for first reading the following entitled ordinance amending Section 3-14-101 of the Orange County Code as adopted by the City of Aliso Viejo making it a nuisance to remove or alter enhanced hardscape: ORDINANCE NO.. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALISO VIEJO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 3-14-101 OF THE ORANGE COUNTY CODE AS ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF ALISO VIEJO MAKING IT A NUISANCE TO REMOVE OR ALTER HARDSCAPE. 14.
