D/B/A NAPA on an as needed basis in accordance with Jefferson Parish Sheriff s Office Bid No. 16F2301 in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00 annually for the Department of Fleet Management. Motion by Councilmember Impastato, Seconded by Ordinance No. 11,179 15-D. Summary Ordinance No. 12,132, an ordinance approving the utilization of Jefferson Parish Contract No. 55-15893 with 3M Co. for the purchase of reflective sheeting on an as needed basis in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00 annually for the Department of Public Works. Ordinance No. 11,180 15-E. Summary Ordianance No. 12,133, an ordinance accepting the responsive bid received from Old Master & Son, Inc. D/B/A Shutter Up in the amount of $387,650.00 for the purchase and installation of Roll Down Shutters and Safe-S- Cape window screens for the City of Kenner Police Department Complex (Administration Building) in accordance with Sealed Bid No. 16-6359. Councilmember Carroll, to adopt Ordinance No. 11,181 15-F. Summary Ordinance No. 12,134, an ordinance accepting the responsive bid received from Rhino Shield Gulf South, LLC in the amount of $24,910.00 to furnish and install ceramic roof coating or equal for the Kenner Pavilion in accordance with Sealed Bid No. 16-6318 for the Department of Parks and Recreation. Motion by Councilmember Impastato, Seconded by Ordinance No. 11,182 15-G. A resolution accepting the Federal Off-System Bridge Rehabilitation and replacement program project for 23 rd Street Bridge at Canal No. 17, State Project No. H.009187, Public Works Project No. 2014-010-RB as complete. Motion by Councilmember Carroll, Seconded by Resolution No. B-16741 15-H. A resolution approving Change Order No. 1 (FINAL) to the contract with Hard Rock Construction L.L.C. dated March 23, 2016 regarding the Williams Blvd. (LA. 49) Sidewalk Improvements (East Side) (West Napoleon Ave. to Veterans Blvd.) and to accept the contract as complete for the Department of Public Works. Summary Ordinance No. 12,136, an ordinance amending Ordinance Nos. 3695 and 5697 establishing a comprehensive procedure for the alienation of city owned immovable property for the purpose of amending the appraisal procedure for the property proposed for alienation. 16-C. Summary Ordinance No. 12,137, an ordinance authorizing a public hearing and approving Amendment No. 2 to the FY 2015 Final Action Plan of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program for the Community Development Department.

Summary Ordinance No. 12,138, an ordinance approving Amendment No. 1 to the Engineering Agreement with Digital Engineering & Imaging, Inc. for Loyola Drive Improvements Project (Southern R/W Line of Veterans Blvd. to Northern R/W Line of I-10 State Project No. H0011794, City of Kenner Project No. 2014-003B-RB) with a net increase of $56,997.00 due to necessary additional design related services to increase capacity of the roadway resulting in an increase in the contract fee from $167,737.00 to $224,734.00. 16-E. Summary Ordinance No. 12,139, an ordinance approving an agreement with Rahman & Associates, Inc. for Resident Inspection Services in an amount not to exceed $200,000.00 for the Kenner 2030 Plan Project-Williams Boulevard Improvements (32 nd Street to Vintage Drive) for the Department of Public Works. 16-F. Summary Ordinance No. 12,140, an ordinance authorizing acceptance of the lowest responsive bid from Diamond Electrical Co., Inc. received September 14, 2016 by the Louisiana Department of Transportation & Development in the amount of $331,944.39 for traffic signal upgrades at the intersections of West Esplanade Avenue/Chateau Boulevard and West Metairie Avenue/Roosevelt Boulevard, State Project No. H.011463, Federal Aid Project No. H011463, City of Kenner Project No. 2014-012-RB. 16-G. Summary Ordinance No. 12,141, an ordinance approving the utilization of State Contract No. 4400005667 with ARCCO Company Services, Incorporated for the purchase of stationary and towable generators in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00 for the Department of Public Works. 16-H. Summary Ordinance No. 12,142, an ordinance approving the utilization of Jefferson Parish Contract No. 55-15951 with C. Bud Tauli Construction, Inc. for the rental of heavy equipment (Part 1) on an as needed basis in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00 annually for the Department of Public Works. 16-I. Summary Ordinance No. 12,143, an ordinance approving an increase to annual expenditure limit established for the purchase of ammunition from Barney s Inc. Barney s Police Supplies utilizing State Contract Number 4400008219 for the Kenner Police Department. 16-J. Summary Ordinance No. 12,144, an ordinance ratifying an emergency replacement of the existing air condition unit at Kenner s Exhibition Hall located at 415 Williams Boulevard by Beacon Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration, Inc. in the amount of $9,850.00 for the Kenner Department of Parks and Recreation. 16-K. Summary Ordinance No. 12,145, an ordinance accepting the bid received from H & O Investments, LLC for grass cutting services Contract A (Smooth Cutting) in accordance with Sealed Bid No. 16-6316 in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00 for the Department of Public Works. 16-L. Summary Ordinance No. 12,146, an ordinance approving a contract with Siddons Martin Emergency Group, LLC to provide preventative maintenance and repairs to specified Kenner Fire Department Fire Trucks and other vehicles in the amount of $200,000.00 annually for the Kenner Fire Department. 16-M. Summary Ordinance No. 12,147, an ordinance approving Amendment No. 3 to the contract with Siddons Martin Emergency Group, LLC to increase the $200,000.00 annual contract amount by $100,000.00 for a new annual contract amount of $300,000.00 for the Kenner Fire Department. 16-N.
