1 Acceptance of Board of Education Member Resignation RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Dunkirk Board of Education that the resignation from Adam Reisenweber, Board Member, is hereby accepted effective June 30, 2019 with regret.

2 Approval of Proposed 2019-2020 Budget Amount RESOLVED, that the 2018-2019 proposed budget in the amount of $47,847,549 be presented for voter approval on Tuesday, May 21, 2019.

3 Adoption of Property Tax Report Card RESOLVED, that the Property Tax Report Card be approved as presented to the individual Board of Education members.

4 Appointment of Election Inspectors RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, that the election inspectors provided by the Chautauqua County Board of Elections, as presented to the individual Board of Education members, are hereby approved for the Annual Budget Vote & Election of Board of Education members on May 21, 2019.

6 Appointment of Teacher Aide RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that Heather Echevarria, Dunkirk, New York, is hereby appointed to the position of teacher aide, effective March 27, 2019, Step 1, $11.10 per hour. Her six-month probationary period commenced on March 27, 2019. NOTE:!Ms. Echevarria s assignment will be at the School Five filling the vacancy for Jeilyn Jimenez who resigned.

7 Appointment of Temporary Night Maintenance Worker RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that Devin Szopinski, Dunkirk, New York, is hereby appointed to the position of temporary night maintenance worker, Step 1, $14.85 per hour, effective April 1, 2019. NOTE:!Mr. Szopinski s assignment will be at the High School filling the vacancy for a medical leave.

! 8 - Board of Education Vote for Erie 2-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES Candidates WHEREAS, there are five (5) vacancies to be filled on the Board of Cooperative Educational Services, and WHEREAS, the Board of Education of each component school district by resolution, may cast one (1) vote for each vacancy to be filled; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Dunkirk Board of Education casts one (1) vote for each of the following candidates: Ronald Catalano, Westfield, NY Gregory Cole, Silver Creek, NY Linda Hoffman, Springville, NY David Nielsen, Orchard Park, NY Anita Ray, Fredonia, NY

9 Approval for the Tentative Erie 2-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES Administrative Budget RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Dunkirk City School District hereby approves the 2019-2020 tentative BOCES Administrative Budget in the amount of $ 3,104,068.

10 Approval of the Erie 2-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES Commitment Statement for Services for the 2019-2020 School Year WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the Dunkirk City School District has reviewed the Commitment Statement from Erie 2-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES for services to be provided during the 2019-2020 school year, and WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the Dunkirk City School District agrees that such services are required to complement the existing educational program, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the services to be provided and the cost proration are acceptable to this District.

11 Authorization for Capital Fund Transfer RESOLVED, that the Dunkirk City School District Board of Education hereby authorizes the transfer of an amount not to exceed $100,000.00 to the Capital Fund for the District s Capital Outlay Project as proposed in the District s 2018-2019 budget approved by the voters on May 15, 2018.

12 Authorization for Inclusion of a Capital Outlay Project in the 2019-2020 Budget RESOLVED, that the Board of Education authorizes the inclusion of a $100,000.00 Capital Outlay Project in the District s 2019-2020 Budget and documenting the Board s State Environmental Quality Review Act ( SEQRA ) determination with respect thereto.
