BUSINESS BY DEPARTMENT HEADS 7.1 Assistant Finance Director Bronson requesting approval to lower Nemadji Public Golf Course, Inc. s minimum 2016 annual lease payment to $120,000 with the additional shared revenue calculation on revenues in excess of $895,000 up to a maximum annual lease payment of $160,000, as approved by the Finance Committee. 7.2 Assistant Police Chief Markon requesting to award a 3-year contract to Budget Towing to provide towing services for the City of Superior Police Department and the Building Inspection Division of the Public Works Department. 8. BUSINESS BY THE MAYOR 8.1 Appointing Jackie Stenberg, 2101 E 6 th Street, to the Tree Board. 9. BUSINESS BY COUNCILORS 10. RESOLUTIONS 10.1 R16-13275 Resolution setting a public hearing April 6, 2016, in Room 201 of the Government Center to amend the budget for the 2016 Community Development Block Grant Action Plan. 11. ORDINANCES 11.1 O16-3961 Ordinance amending Erosion and Long Term Stormwater Management Ordinances as outlined in ordinance. 11.2 O16-3962 Ordinance amending Section 90-74 Wisconsin Point Defined to include four parcels that comprise of University-owned property known as Dutchman s Creek and the Douglas County-owned property known as Shafer s Beach. 12.
