A Resolution Restricting The Jewish Settlements in Palestinian Territory 1 WHEREAS, many Palestinians are crowded in a small area of land and, 2 WHEREAS, Israel amplifies the problem by allowing Jewish settlements to 3 maintain a presence in those areas; and 4 WHEREAS, Palestinians emigrate to nearby countries as a result and create 5 problems for these countries, while also hurting the Israeli-Palestinian 6 peace process; now, therefore, be it 7 RESOLVED, by the Congress here assembled, that the US shall temporarily 8 eliminate aid to Israel until Israel has successfully removed the Jewish 9 settlements from the Palestinian territories.
