Fish Tom Fischer / Joe Fischer / Larry Jones (report attached) Joe Fischer: currently looking at repairing / expanding. Jeff Jondle: ACE will take a minimum of 5 years to complete. Joe Fischer: Spoke to Spencer Schofield re: ACE very slow. Chuck Godfrey: Nov 19 th Outer Harbor Coalition hosting meeting Lexus Club @ Keybank Center. Erie Canal Harbor Development wants to develop for homes. OHC brought ECHD to a halt. Not sure is taking public access. Jeff Jondle: Back in the 80 s the group wanted to make duck blinds. Chuck Godfrey: Meeting in February to present plan then start construction. Joe Fischer: They recognize year-round access.

Teach Me to Fish Clinics Joe McAdams Sample layout complete. Will present December meeting. Trailer stored at Frank Miskey Sr. s house for easy access. We need to purchase swag for giveaways at Kidsfest in February. We have approximately 22 poles for 2019 TMTF season. Tom Fischer: We need to secure Commissioner s cabin by paying fee. Joe to investigate. Motion to approve $150 to secure cabin: Tom Fischer 2 nd Dan Tone Passed (Note: Fee is actually $175. Contacted office @ 716.858.8355 and have not received a call back.) Small Game Dan Tone Today is last day that DEC Region 9 released pheasants; Niagara County and Zoar Valley. Heidi Kennedy husband checked permits. Need a thank you letter to Ranger Kennedy. Big Game Marc Alessi DEC in middle of working with Cornell sending out 11,000 questionnaires to land owners. DEC reminding hunters to report take. Failure to comply is $250 fine. Recently online discussion on Bovine Tuberculosis none in NYS only Michigan. Left over DMP available November 1 st. DEC check point on Rt. 16 open November 17 th from noon to 8pm and on November 18 th from 10am to 6pm. Will age deer / bear, measure teeth, etc. Franklin Thompson: DEC sent out based on lottery. Some received automatically by mail. Chuck Godfrey: No one should have been denied 9H for 1 st choice. Lots 9H as 2 nd choice available. Trapping Patti Wattengel Thank-you letter sent to Jeff. New event Saturday December 29 th from 9am to 1pm: Fur handling @ Collins Conservation Club. Multiple stations, skinning, etc. Waterfowl George Rockey Duck / goose open. Tonawanda still has low water. No birds in Oak Orchard. Region 9 ECO early hunt. In past we ve donated to Youth Waterfowl Hunt. Motion donate $200 to Youth Waterfowl Hunt: Dave Rosner 2 nd Frank Miskey Jr. passed. Conservation Council - Dan Tone Meeting January 13 th 1pm @ Hoaks. Dan Tone: Chuck Parker thinks NYSCC will make it. (financially)

Environment & Pollution Chuck Godfrey Legislation John Susz Vote! Three men in the room determine what legislation will be presented. Safe Act 2 lined up to register long guns. Mark Alessi: Mike Carvelli attended club meeting and discussed some of the Safe Act 2 language. Hand gun renewal - going from 5 years to 2. Fees increasing. Other programs like microstamping. Resolutions Rich Davenport (Dan Tone) Membership Outreach Chuck Godfrey Still looking for new members. Need help please make other organizations aware. Hunter Education Frank Miskey Sr. Nothing going on. Not enough classes. Cheryl Schenne: Anyone interested in confiscated tree stands? They are available for instruction purposes only.

SPECIAL COMMITTEE REPORTS Nominations Frank Miskey Jr, Frank called for the following positions 3x as per requirements: President 1 st Vice President 2 nd Vice President Treasurer Recording Secretary (Rich unavailable to accept nomination.) Joe McAdams - alternate Corresponding Secretary OPEN Membership Secretary Conservation Council: Director Jim Bittner accepted nomination. Awards Frank Miskey Sr. No nominations. Application online. Banquet Frank Miskey, Jr. Had banquet meeting October 25 th at Dog Bar. Moving time back 1 hour to allow for banquet to end early. Need $3K to fund banquet. Price remains @ $35 per person. Motion to approve $3K for banquet: Dave Rosner 2 nd Joe Fischer passed Educational Opportunities Chuck Godfrey Application on website. We issue 5 per year, but only have 1 applicant so far. Due date December 15 th Amy Plecas: Consider moving date. Will discuss next meeting if open to schools. Narrow focus to support schools open to $500 scholarship. Fund Raising Frank Miskey Jr. Need to get gun raffle tickets sold.
