1.1. Scope of Work A. Making available different outdoor mediums which are having Sole Rights alloted by any State/Union Govt. or Govt. Organization, Corporation, Board, Authority for Government outreach campaigns. The mediums may include: a. Hoardings/ Gantries/ Unipoles/ Lit & Non Lit Boards on important locations owned by Govt./ Semi Govt bodies such as Railway Stations, Bus Stands, Highways, Petrol Pumps, Sky Walls, etc. b. Inside and outside of Railways including Metros. c. Lit & Non lit Bus shelters d. Lit & Non lit Kiosks e. Inside and outside of Public Bus Transport f. Various forms of advertising inside Airport premises. LCD TV Spots in Bus stations, hospitals, Dispensaries, railway stations having sole rights from Government authority. B. This scope of work also includes display costs, rental payable, printing costs, mounting costs, defacing costs, municipal taxes payable on advertisements, RTO taxes and any other charges payable exclusive of GST. Printing flex or other material suitable to mount on the outdoor media properties of the bidder along with the arrangement to host them on above mentioned properties. 3. Rate Contract Agencies fulfilling pre qualification will be called for presentations for fixing the rate contract. The rates for outdoor media having licence from Govt/ Semi Govt. organizations and not empanelled by DAVP shall be finalised taking in account the 1) Prominence of the media 2) Size of the media 3) footfall 4) City profile 5) transportation time & costs 6) License fee 7) Rates given by DAVP to similar media in similar city. While formulating rates DAVP rates given to the same media earlier (if any) will be taken onto the account. The rates for your media will be derived on per Sq Ft per day basis. The Committee may give additional rates - Back lit properties - 15% Front lit properties - 30% Airport properties upto 50 % Upon successful presentations, rates will be derived by above mechanism. The rates derived will be excluding of all taxes and costs. Note: The rates given will be for a 0-15 days campaign. If the campaign is for 15-30 days, 5% of the rates applicable will be deducted from the final amount. If the campaign is for 30-90 days, 10% of the rates applicable will be deducted from the final amount. If the campaign is for more than 90 days, 15% of the rates applicable will be deducted from the final amount. The rates finalised will be inforce for two years.
