RESOLUTION 2017-178 RESOLUTION APPOINTING PARKING ENFORCEMENT OFFICER WHEREAS, by way of Ordinance No. 2017-07, the created the position of Parking Enforcement Officer to enforce the parking regulations of the Borough and to assist the Parking Authority in their enforcement operations on Parking Authority lots and property; and WHEREAS, the and the Parking Authority of the Borough deems it in the best interest of the Borough and the Authority for the employment of a Parking Enforcement Officer of the ; and WHEREAS, the Borough has reviewed the credentials of Nicholas Cece; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the deem it in the best interest of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Metuchen to appoint Nicholas Cece as a Parking Enforcement Officer of the.
