Claims Auditor Report It is recommended that the Board of Education accept the Claims Auditor s Report for December 2014. B. Accept Donation and Approve Budget Amendment It is recommended that the Board of Education accept the donation made by Elsmere Elementary PTA, to be used to defray the cost of the 2 nd and 3 rd grade field trip to the Palace Theatre, and amend the 2014-15 budget, as per attached. C. Accept Donation and Approve Budget Amendment It is recommended that the Board of Education accept the donation made by the Bethlehem Music Association (BMA), to be used by the Music Department and amend the 2014-15 budget, as per attached. 2014-2015 BUDGET AMENDMENT January 21, 2015 Be it resolved that the 2014-2015 budget be amended as follows: A510 ESTIMATED REVENUE: A2705 Gifts and Donations $6,780.00 A960 APPROPRIATIONS: A2110.501-22-2500 Supplies/HS/Music $6,780.00 Purpose: to reflect a donation from Bethlehem Central School District Music Association, Inc. for the purchase of musical instruments to be used in the high school.
