Free to Speak, Safe to Learn: Democratic Schools for all Campaign The campaign aims to: strengthen the commitment to democracy in the life and culture of schools across Europe by combining research on policy issues with the use in schools of the new Reference Framework of Competences for Democratic Culture by making good use of a full range of Council of Europe pedagogical tools and other resources By empowering school actors
