EL MONTE, CA The United Farm Workers (UFW) has endorsed former Assemblymember & Educator Mike Eng for the open 22nd State Senate District. Mike Eng s actions as a legislator have demonstrated that he is ally not just to

farm worker families, but to immigrant families throughout this great state, said Arturo S. Rodriguez, President of the United Farms Workers of America. Mike s campaign for State Senate has gathered a huge amount of momentum lately with major endorsements from organizations like the United Farm Workers, UFCW, SEIU California, Communication Workers of America, International Longshore Workers Unions, Equality California, numerous members of the State Assembly and Senate, and the vast majority of elected officials from communities within the 22nd State Senate District.
