Passports & visas All travellers are responsible for securing necessary documentation. Passports Valid passports are required for all travelers. Passports may take up to 14 weeks to process. Important note: Passports must be valid for at least six months after our return date. Visas Non-Canadian citizens may require special visas or other travel documents. Payment Options Pay in full at enrollment Pay the entire balance at the time you enroll Payment methods accepted: Visa or MasterCard, chequing or savings account, or personal cheques. Automatic Payment Plan After you enroll with the $199 non refundable deposit, payments are automatically deducted from your bank account. Chequing or saving account accepted Final payment extended up to one month before your tour Manual Payment Plan Receive invoices and make payments in less frequent installments Payment methods accepted: Visa or MasterCard, direct debit, or personal checks Accounts must pay $199 upon enrollment; $500 total paid 30 days after enrollment; and additional $500 paid 90 days after enrollment Final payment deadline is 99 days before your tour

Keep the following in mind: There are EARLY mornings EVERY day no exceptions There is A LOT of walking The days are planned from start to finish This is a group trip. You must stay with the group, even if you are not interested in the activity. This includes the adults. It is a school trip school rules still apply and tour directors will not tolerate inappropriate behavior You must be flexible with the travel dates 4 days each way. (June 28-July 3) We do not get travel dates, hotels, etc. until within the 14-30 days prior to travel. If you are not able to be flexible, we can not give you definitive dates until very close to the trip.keep this in mind Custody issues

In the event we have more applicants than spots and all applicants qualify. names will be drawn. APPLICATIONS DUE: Friday, Dec. 22, 12:30pm PASS DIRECTLY TO MRS. CRITCH (lunch or after school) Do NOT pass application to your child s teacher or the office Notifications will start to go out in January.

Selection Process Spaces are determined by the following: 1) Seats on the bus (1 bus vs. 2 buses) 2) Rooming arrangements 3) Male/female rooms 4) Behavior children who have suspensions (bus or school) will not be considered 5) Rooms upgraded (optional, we would prefer to be able to place kids with you) 6) Rooming requests
