In 1987, undertook the background work for the Economic Advisory Council's (Chairman: late Professor Sukhamoy Chakravarty) report on Public Sector Enterprises. For the Andhra Pradesh Government, I had conducted an evaluation of a state level targetoriented employment generation programme.
