Brockway, Presdent & CEO, 5805 Enterprse Drve, Grmes, la, 50 dated November 9, 2009, for the constructon of the followng mprovement: Polce Academy HV AC Upgrade, 0-2009-006 The mprovement ncludes the replacement of two exstng roof top unts (RTU) wth sx new unts. The nstallaton of the new unts necesstates the replacement of the acoustcal lay-n celng n the man hallway. The work wl be performed at the Des Mones Polce Academy at 433 E. No contract shall be deemed to exst between the Cty of Des Mones and sad Bdder untl sad contract has been executed by the Bdder, and shall have been approved by ths Councl and executed by the Mayor and attested to by the Cty Clerk.
