If no significant alterations are made to the proposed draft staff would like to engage the City Council in discussion of proposed changes before officially approaching the PUSD. Staff believes a memo addressed to City Council from the Library and Literacy Commission for such consideration along with a copy of the adopted MOU from 2005 with recommended revisions will be sufficient before next steps can be achieved.
