Royal Canadian Legion will hold their annual Decoration Day march and ceremony on June 1, 2014. Canadian Blood Services will hold a Blood Donor Clinic at Holy Rosary Church Hall on June 4, 2014. Thorold Lions Club is seeking donations of unused prescription eyeglasses. Drop boxes are located in stores throughout the municipality. Niagara North Community Legal Assistance has launched BeFAIR a program related to elder financial abuse and response. 4.a. PRESENTATIONS Niagara Bruce Trail Conservancy Representatives of the Niagara Bruce Trail Conservancy, Corrie Kellestine, Trudy Senesi and Norma Riddle, were recognized for the 50th Anniversary of the Bruce Trail in Niagara 5. Councillor Preiner suggested the City of Thorold contribute a memento to the Henderson's Pharmacy time capsule. Mayor Luciani advised that the City of Thorold will be contributing an item.

Whalen That leave be given to introduce the following By-law(s): By-law No. 65-2014 A BY-LAW TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE DARLENE RYAN PORT ROBINSON COMMUNITY CENTRE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT By-law No. 66-2014 BEING A BY-LAW TO EXTEND THE EXEMPTION OF CERTAIN LANDS IN REGISTERED PLAN NO. 59M-381 FROM PART LOT CONTROL PURSUANT TO SECTION 50 OF THE PLANNING ACT, R.S.O. 1990 And that the same now be read a first time.
