Following a brief discussion, Darry Stacy moved, seconded by Harold Haralson, to amend his motion to go into Executive Session at 1:16 pm for the purpose of discussing the following: Pursuant to 25 O.S. 2001 307.B.3, Discussion the purchase or appraisal of real property; and Executive Session for the purpose of discussing the following: Pursuant to 25 O.S. 2001 307 B.1, Discussion with Counsel regarding employment of GIS personnel. I. At approximately 2:10 pm, Harold Haralson moved, seconded by Rod Cleveland, to come out of the Executive Session into open session. J. Chairman Darry Stacy said that during the period of Executive Session no decisions were made and no votes were taken while discussing the purchase or appraisal of real property Pursuant to 25 O.S. 2001 307.B.3; and regarding employment of GIS personnel, Pursuant to 25 O.S. 2001 307 B.1. Rod Cleveland moved, seconded by Harold Haralson, to grant Chairman Darry Stacy authority to take all necessary action on purchase or appraisal of real property as discussed in executive session. Chairman Darry Stacy said that no action is required on the employment of GIS personnel, Pursuant to 25 O.S. 2001 307 B.1. K. There being no further business to come before the Board, Rod Cleveland moved that the meeting be adjourned at 2:13 pm. Harold Haralson seconded the motion.
