MINUTES REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION SULLIVAN COUNTY BOARD OF COOPERATIVE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES Wednesday, September 16, 2015 The meeting of the Board of Education of the Sullivan County Board of Cooperative Educational Services was held in the Administration Building, Conference Room #1, 6 Wierk Avenue, Liberty, NY 12754, the meeting was called to order by the District Clerk at 6:20 PM. Pledge to the Flag The Board President led the group in the Pledge to the Flag. Public Forum Each staff member present was asked to introduce themselves and state what they do for Sullivan BOCES. Janet Moglia shared that she is seeing a very positive difference in the Alternative Education Program. She attributes this to the BOCES Administration and Board Members to taking the staff concerns very seriously. She thanked the Board of Education. Ms. Moglia also addressed the Board regarding a conversation that took place with a Board Member Page 1 of 11

Upon a roll call vote being taken, the vote was: Aye: 7 Nay: 0. The motion Carried. 7-0 Deputy Superintendent's Report The Board of Education reviewed the Deputy Superintendent s Report. Claims Audit Report The Board of Education of review the Claims Audit Report for the month of August, 2015. Personnel Matters On the recommendation of the District Superintendent and a motion by Scott Mickelson, seconded by Frank Conklin, the Board approves the following personnel matters. Upon a roll call vote being taken, the vote was: Aye: 7 Nay: 0.
