APPROVAL OF AGENDA 2. DELEGATIONS Page 201 a. RCMP 4 th Quarter Report Inspector McVarnock will be present to speak to his 4 th Quarter Report for 2008. Page 219 b. Vernon Jubilee Hospital Foundation Patient Care Tower Page 235 c. Okanagan College Laurie Postill, Foundation Campaign Co-chair, and Richard Rolke, Foundation Vice President, will be present to explain the transformation of the Hospital with the construction of a new Patient Care Tower.
