U-18145 Northern States Power Company, a Wisconsin corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of Xcel Energy Inc., requests Michigan Public Service Commission authority to implement a power supply cost recovery (PSCR) plan in its electric tariffs and establish power supply cost recovery factors for the twelve-month period ending December 2017. NSP-W is also seeking a temporary order on or before January 1, 2017, granting approval or partial approval of NSP-W s PSCR Plan if the final order may be delayed beyond January 1, 2017, as well as other relief.

Rule 422 (1) Unless the presiding officer allows otherwise, a request for adjournment shall be by motion or stipulation made orally at a hearing or in writing and shall be based on good cause. (2) A motion or stipulation for adjournment shall state the party who is requesting the adjournment and the reason for the adjournment.
