SCOPE OF THE CONFERENCE The mission of the conference is to present the results of research activities in the fields of legal science, to create space for developing and deepening of the cooperation with domestic and foreign universities and legal praxis and exchange of experience and knowledge with scientific researchers and practicing jurists. The benefit of the conference should be also to intensify communication between the individual law schools and the possibility to publish scientific studies in peer- reviewed scientific proceedings. (The fee does not include accommodation and travel expenses.) Conference fee for passive participation in the conference is 35 and covers the costs of publishing the papers in printed form. Submission of an application form and payment of the fee shall be made till 21.10.2016. Submission of an application form after 21.10.2016. is possible with higher conference fee: for active participation in the conference the fee is 80 and for passive participation in the conference the fee is 50. The last possibility of the submission of an application form with higher conference fee is till 04.11.2016.
