The property was recently subject to a Zoning By-law Amendment application (File ZC1711) to permit the development of a residential apartment building. The applicant is seeking consent for easements over the subject property to ensure the continued servicing of the abutting property (1750 Gordon Street). The property is located in the Specialized Residential Apartment (R.4A-52) Zone.
