RESOLUTION requesting the Lafourche Parish District Attorney to review the issuance of the alcohol permit to DG Louisiana, LLC, d/b/a/ Dollar General Store #18029, 1931 Hwy. 308, Thibodaux, LA. 70301, due to the process not being followed properly for the reasons listed below and, if the permit was issued in error, who has the authority to revoke the permit.
