Agenda Item #4.B. 10th of September 2018 RE: Annual Performance Appraisal of Charter Appointed Officers The City of Atlantic Beach City Commission is required by Charter to conduct annual performance appraisals of Charter appointed officers. Code or Charter does not specify the method of conducting the performance appraisals. The City Commission has, in open meetings, discussed the performance of the three Charter appointed officers, most recently at the 27 th of August 2018 City Commission meeting. The City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida, hereby certifies that the performance of the City Manager, Mr. Joe Gerrity, the City Clerk, Ms. Donna Bartle and the City Attorney, Ms. Brenna Durden, have all met or exceeded the expectations of each elected official currently serving on the Commission.
