This baseball game is open to all young women and men with physical disabilities. 14-624-Offered by Vice President Caraviello: Be It Resolved that the Medford City Council commend and congratulate Pellegrino Garozzo, more popularly known as "Pino" on his retirement. Pino has been a tailor for 45 years and many of those years in Medford Square. He will be missed in Medford Square especially on Saturdays for lunch. We wish him well on his retirement. 14-625-Offered by Councillor Marks Be It Resolved that Medford resident and long time businessman Pellegrino (Pino) Garozzo be recognized by the Medford City Council for his recent retirement. Pino was the owner of Pino's Men's Shop & Tailoring in Medford Square for over 45 years. Mr Garozzo served Medford residents with top quality tailoring and service and was a staple in our square for many years. 4

COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR 14-598- August 4, 2014 To The Honorable President and Members of the Medford City Council City Hall Medford, MA 02155 Dear Mr. President and Councillors: I respectfully request and recommend that your Honorable Body approve of the following Amendments to Revised Ordinances entitled, Compensation Plan and Leave Ordinances, Chapter 66, Personnel : CITY OF MEDFORD AMENDMENT TO REVISED ORDINANCES COMPENSATION PLAN AND LEAVE ORDINANCES CHAPTER 66, PERSONNEL BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Medford in Chapter 66 entitled Personnel Article II entitled Classification and Compensation Plans Section 66.35 entitled Public Works Personnel and Section 66.36 (b)entitled Building Services Personnel are hereby amended as follows: Section 1. In subsection 66.35 effective June 30, 2013, add two and one-half percent (2.5%) of the present amount of each step within the grades shown below, to the said present amount of each step and adjust the sum thus obtained to the nearest and highest figure for each grade: PW-23; PW-22.5; PW-22:PW-21; PW-20; PW-19; PW-18; PW- 17; PW-16; PW-15; PW-14; PW-13; PW-12; PW-11; PW-10; PW-9; PW-8; PW-7; PW- 6; PW-5.5; PW-5; PW-4 and PW-3. Section 2.
