The four dimensions of anti-corruption work Transparency Information is power. Power can be abused. Access to information can reduce the odds of abuse of power. Voice & Participation Platforms and interfaces, e.g. between administration and citizens, must be accessible. Accountability Participation and transparency are important preconditions for accountability. But corrupt behaviour also has to be punished. Integrity Infrastructure An integrity infrastructure is a set of measures and instruments applied within an organization to manage corruption risks. German DC Anti-Corruption / COSP 2015 Seite 11
