Award a contract to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder, California Trenchless, Inc., in the amount of $2,390,000 for construction of the Alameda Interceptor Rehabilitation Project under Specification SD 365. 5. Authorize the General Manager to enter into a wheeling agreement with Dublin San Ramon Services District. DETERMINATION AND DISCUSSION: 6.
