About the Nordic Congress of General Practice The Nordic Congress of General Practice takes place alternate years, rotating through the Nordic countries. The 2017 Congress took place in Iceland, with an attendance of more than 1,400. The 2019 Congress will be held in Aalborg, Denmark. We are expecting some 1,200 1,400 delegates at the 2019 Congress in Aalborg. As an exhibitor, you will be able to connect with and display your products to the target groups below. Primary target group of the Congress: Researchers from Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland. GPs from Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland. About Nordic Congress of General Practice 2019, Aalborg The 21st Nordic Congress of General Practice builds on a rich tradition of pioneering research in general medicine. This event will have a special focus on core values, current challenges and changing practice. The congress brings together clinicians, researchers and administrators, young and experienced, with a shared interest in primary care. Delegate Items The following items bring visibility to the sponsor and a unique opportunity to reach each and every delegate. The items should be free from commercial brand names and product logos from drug companies. Delegate Bag DKK 40,000 Always a popular collectible at Congresses, sponsorship of the Delegate Bag provides the sponsor with an excellent marketing opportunity during the Congress, and extended exposure for years beyond. The sponsor will be recognised by a company logo on the front of the bag. The bag will feature the NCGP 2019 Congress logo. The Congress organizers reserve the right to show the name of the bag manufacturer on the bag. Do note that NCGP 2019 Congress Committee retains full rights to approve the final design of the bag, including location of logos. Pencil and Note Pad DKK10,000 + production cost and delivery Sponsors may supply pencil and pad for the congress bag. This opportunity provides sponsors a way of providing delegates with a needed service, as well as a visible advertising method that the delegates will carry away with them. Company name and/or logo are generally placed on the pencil and pad and the company name will be included in the List of Sponsors. Bag Insert DKK 5,000 + production and delivery costs for Insert of sponsor s item into the Delegate Bag. Item must be relevant to the Congress and approved by the Congress Organisers. Only a limited number of bag inserts will be made available, and this item is granted on a first come, first served basis. Exhibition at NCGP 2019 A commercial exhibition will be arranged in conjunction to the congress. The exhibition will take place at Fundamentet, The Exhibiting gives unparalleled opportunity to reach professionals, academics, practitioners, social planners, policy makers and advocates from North Europe. The commercial exhibition and poster area will be integrate with the catering services. Exhibition information The exhibition will be open during conference hours, 18-20 June 2019. The program structure will make time for the participants to visit your stand. How to apply for Exhibition Space Please send your request for exhibition space to exhibition@discongress.com Every effort will be made to accommodate exhibitors request for space and position. The floor spaces are assigned on a first come - first served basis. DIS reserves the right before the construction of the stands to modify the exhibition floor plan. A full technical manual giving further general and technical information, advice and full details about the exhibition, venue, organisers and ancillary services will be available to exhibitors and will be circulated late 2018. Stand Information Stands as floor space only. The charge for floor space is: DKK 3,500 per square meter (sqm) and a minimum of 6 sqm. The charge is for floor space only excl. of carpet, walls, electricity, etc. All exhibitors must bring their own equipment.
