Authorization of Board of Education President or Vice-President to approve Impartial Hearing Officer. 38. Designation of Susan Flood as individual to propose amendments to a student s IEP on behalf of the School District. 39. Designation of Gretchen Bush as Section 504 Compliance officer. 40. Authorization of Deputy Superintendent to certify payrolls. 41. Authorization of the Assistant Superintendent for Finance as alternate to certify payrolls. 42. Set the mileage reimbursement rate at the same rate set by the Internal Revenue Service and as amended from time to time. 46.
