RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DISSOLUTION VICTORIA COUNTY PUBLIC FACILITIES CORPORATION: (7-5:24) 7. November 25, 2013. Moved by Kevin M. Janak and seconded by Clint C. Ives, the Commissioners Court approved the Resolution Authorizing the Dissolution of the Victoria County Public Facilities Corporation. Judge Pozzi, Commissioners Garcia, Janak, Burns, and Ives all voted aye unanimously in favor of the Resolution Authorizing the Dissolution of the Victoria County Public Facilities Corporation. Motion adopted. All per Resolution as filed in the minutes of this Court. REQUEST RENOVATIONS COUNTY CLERK S OFFICE VICTORIA COUNTY: (8-8:02) 8. November 25, 2013. Moved by Gary Burns and seconded by Danny Garcia, the Commissioners Court approved the request for renovation to the County Clerk s Office to accommodate court personnel in the amount of $13,284.12. CONTRACT AMENDMENT RESIDENTIAL COMAL COUNTY VICTORIA REGIONAL JUVENILE JUSTICE CENTER: (9-9:45) 9. November 25, 2013. Moved by Kevin M. Janak and seconded by Clint C. Ives, the Commissioners Court approved the Residential Contract Amendment between Comal County and the Victoria Regional Juvenile Justice Center. ADDENDUM TEXAS CONFERENCE OF URBAN COUNTIES TECHSHARE PROGRAM INDIGENT DEFENSE RESOURCE SHARING ADDENDUM - INDIGENT DEFENSE IMPLEMENTATION AND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT VICTORIA COUNTY: (10-10:40) 10. November 25, 2013. Mrs. Nora Kucera, Pre-Trial Services Coordinator, stated that these are addendums to the previously approved Interlocal Agreement to participate in the TechShare Project. These addendums deal with the implementation of the Fair Indigent Defense Online System (FIDO) as well as the operation, migration, and maintenance to correct any defaults. Moved by Kevin M. Garcia, the Commissioners Court approved the Texas Conference of Urban Counties TechShare Program Indigent Defense Resource Sharing Addendum and Indigent Defense Implementation and Development Project Addendum. MODIFIED CONTRACT INTERNET SERVICES SUDDENLINK VICTORIA COUNTY: (11-15:04) 11. November 25, 2013. Matthew Schneider, Assistant Director I.T., stated that this modification will increase the Suddenlink internet speed from 6MB to 20MB. This agreement modification is part of the original 5 year agreement that expires on November 21, 2015. Mr. Schneider also stated that this increase should occur within the next couple of weeks. Moved by Gary Burns and seconded by Clint C. Ives, the Commissioners Court approved the Modified Suddenlink Contract for Victoria County internet services. DONATION SURPLUS VICTORIA COUNTY PROPERTY HOPE OF SOUTH TEXAS LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE 263.152 - VICTORIA COUNTY: (12-16:28) 12. November 25, 2013. Judge Pozzi stated that the District Attorney s Office will donate two older office desks to the Hope Center of Victoria. Moved by Kevin M. Janak and seconded by Danny Garcia, pursuant to Local Government Code 263.152, the Commissioners Court approved the donation of surplus Victoria County property to Hope of South Texas. RECEIVE RESOLUTION LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE 81.032 DONATION - COUNTY ROADS AND DRAINAGE PURPOSES PRECINCT NO.1 VICTORIA COUNTY: (13-17:30) 13. November 25, 2013. STIPULATION, AGREED SETTLEMENT, AND CONSENT ORDER RAILROAD COMMISSION OF TEXAS VICTORIA COUNTY: (14-18:16) 14. November 25, 2013. Judge Pozzi stated a Victoria County Road and Bridge Crew was working in Bloomington on Janurary 17, 2013, and accidentally damaged a gas pipeline that 811 failed to identify. The Railroad Commission imposed a fine of $1000, later reduced to $500, citing the County s failure to report the incident within 10 days of the incident. Moved by Danny Garcia and seconded by Gary Burns, the Commissioners Court approved the Railroad Commission of South Texas Stipulation, Agreed Settlement, and Consent Order. RECEIVE CLAIM FOR DAMAGES AT&T PRECINCT NO.4 VICTORIA COUNTY: (15-23:02) 15. November 25, 2013. Commissioner Ives stated that a Victoria County Road and Bridge Crew accidently hit an unmarked phone line in Precinct No. 4. Moved by Clint C. Ives and seconded by Kevin M. Janak, the Commissioners Court received the claim for damages from AT&T in the amount of $1066.93 for damages in Precinct No.4 and moved to deny payment. APPLICATION AND CERTIFICATE FINAL PAYMENT-RETAINAGE ROBERT ADKINS MASONRY BRIDGE STREET ANNEX BUILDING VICTORIA COUNTY: (16-23:51) 16. November 25, 2013. Moved by Clint C.
