Jeff was very knowledgeable about the company and their policies we were satisfied with the inmation given. Cody (the sales person) was very knowledgeable of the work that needed to done and explained all the different types of windows that can be installed and how they can save on energy use; even the person who came out to verify the measurements was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail... They were very quick and wrapped it all up in one day. I was pleasantly surprised. Window installer did an excellent job. I was most satisfied with the quality of the windows and the installation crew. Value I took advantage of the free window offer. Wasn't actually free, there was a $100 permit fee, but even still getting a new window only $100 was still an amazing deal. The entire process was stellar, and I could not ask better people to have completed my project. Everything was perfect with. The Installers were knowledgeable and professional. I would like to recognize Shannon, who was the lead installer, and the guy that installed my door their exceptional service. They both did very good work and were easy to deal with. I would recommend this company conditionally considering the issues I had with the amount of time that it took. I realize much was due to their material supplier, but it affected me. I would recommend to anyone. The installers and the salesman were very professional, helpful, and courteous. The installation. This was a very big job.. 24 windows. He guided us but never once did we feel pressured to purchase. We are very very pleased with the quality of workmanship of the installation and the windows... Very satisfied, they were professional, good working habits, the salesman was excellent. Visited with us got know us as people and seemed very interested in what we were looking.
