Committee recommends approval of the Rocknel Fastener Temporary Road Extension Development Agreement providing access to Logistics Parkway to allow for expansion at the Rocknel Fastener manufacturing facility located at 5309 11th Street Rockford Illinois (6th Ward) (Southwest Planning Area). The Legal Director shall prepare the appropriate ordinance. 1. Committee recommends sustaining the Zoning Board of Appeals' approval of a Variation to decrease the required front yard setback along Country Club Terrace from thirty (30) feet to five (5) feet for an attached garage addition; Variation to decrease the required side yard setback along the north property line from six (6) feet to five (5) feet for an attached garage addition; Variation to increase the Maximum Impervious Surface Ratio from the required 40% to 53% for an attached garage addition in an RE, Rural Estate Zoning District and a R-1, Single-Family Residential Zoning District at 2811 Country Club Terrace (Peter Provenzano/Applicant). Any outstanding water, clean-up and mow liens must be paid. 3. Committee recommends approval of the Fine Reduction Request: Reduce fine to $500.00 for 2225 Holland Street in conformance with our standard practices for fine reduction after compliance.
