REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING - IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE COUNCIL/STAFF PRE-MEETING CALL TO ORDER A. CONSENT AGENDA Approval of Council minutes of the meeting of 11-1-05 and of the meeting of 11-15-05. 1. Consider and approve a professional engineering services agreement with Enprotec/Hibbs & Todd, Inc. to provide engineering and surveying services for the rehabilitation of Chaparral Drive and Dove Hollow Road at a cost Not to Exceed $18,000. 2. Consider and approve a professional engineering services agreement with Childress Engineers to provide engineering and surveying services for the rehabilitation of West Torrey Street, Melynn Court and Meadows Drive North at a cost Not to Exceed $24,700. 3. Consider and approve a professional engineering services agreement with Baird, Hampton & Brown, Inc. to provide engineering and surveying services for the reconstruction of South Jones Street and West Bluff Street at a cost Not to Exceed $30,200. 4. Consider and approve an ordinance establishing an exclusion zone for trucks (no truck traffic) at the following designated locations: Hill Blvd. from Hwy. 377 Bypass southward to Chaparral Drive, and Chaparral Drive from Whitehead Drive westward to Hill Blvd.

5. Consider and approve an ordinance providing for the erection of stop signs at the following locations: Westbound Chaparral Dr. at its intersection with Hill Blvd. Westbound Hill Blvd. at its intersection with Water s Edge Dr. Northbound Mary Jo Rd. at its intersection with Crawford Ave. Westbound Crawford Ave. at its intersection with Hill Blvd. Southbound Crawford Court at its intersection with Crawford Ave. Eastbound Crawford Ave. at its intersection with Hwy. 377 Business. 6. Consider and adopt a resolution repealing Resolution No. 99-018, dated October 19, 1999 and providing for adoption of a new fee schedule, and an updated response time requirement regarding wrecker services utilized by the City of Granbury. 7. Consider and approve award of bid (.075/gal) to Arrow Energy, Inc. for the City s contract to provide Jet A Jet fuel for the City of Granbury. 8. Consider and approve the following ordinance. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, DENYING ATMOS ENERGY CORPORATION S REQUEST FOR AN ANNUAL GAS RELIABILITY INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM ADJUSTMENT FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2004 IN THIS MUNICIPALITY; PROVIDING A REQUIREMENT FOR PROMPT REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS INCURRED BY THE CITY; FINDING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE IS PASSED IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW; AND PROVIDING FOR NOTICE OF THIS ORDINANCE TO ATMOS ENERGY CORPORATION B. DELIBERATION AGENDA 9. Public hearing and award of lease with Chief Holdings, LLC, 8111 Preston Rd., Suite 600, Dallas, Texas 75225, for a No Drill oil and gas development lease of approximately 148 acres of City-owned land. Exhibit A shall describe the 17 tracts of land. 10. Public Hearing regarding proposed amendments to Zoning Ordinance No. 01-819, Article 4 Permitted Uses and Article 12 - Definitions. The purpose of the amendment to the zoning ordinance is to add in unclassified uses. 11. Consider and approve requests of Winkelmann & Associates, Land Planners/Engineers. a) Public Improvements Agreement to provide water, sewer, and drainage improvements to Lots 1-4 of Block 1 of The Shops of Granbury Addition. b) Public Hearing and approval regarding a final plat of 9.498 acres of land situated in the Marcus Smith Survey, Abstract #504 to Lots 1 thru 4, Block 1 of The Shops of Granbury Addition. This property is located on Highway 377, west of The Home Depot. 12. Public Hearing regarding a request of Joe Moss for renewal of a Specific Use Permit to allow for occasional sales (flea market) on Lots 1 thru 5 (2600 E. Hwy. 377) of the East Park Subdivision; and Consider and approve an ordinance providing for said SUP.

13. Public hearing and approval regarding a request of Johnny Rollins to Final Plat a 0.92 acre tract of land situated in the B. B. B. & C. RR. Co. Survey, Abstract #75 to Lot 2, Block 1 of the Rollins Addition. The property is located to the west of James Road, north of Highway 4. 14. Public Hearing and approval regarding a request of Gerald Stein to Preliminary Plat 14.48 acres of land situated in the S. Herron Survey, Abstract #247 to Lots 1 thru 4, Block 1 of Signature Plaza. The property is located at 4000 Acton Highway. 15. Public Hearing and approval of a request of the City of Granbury to Preliminary Plat 7.63 acres described as Lots 1-7, Block 2 of the Ewell Addition, the northeastern portion of Block 112 of the Original Town of Granbury, the southern portion of Block 111 of the Original Town of Granbury and a portion of Old Cleburne Street to Lot 1, Block 1 of the Granbury City Beach Addition. This property is located on East Pearl Street. 16. Hearing regarding a request of Ryan Thomas to rezone a 5.664 acre tract of land situated in the Robert Alway Survey, Abstract #4 from IH Interim Holding to HC Heavy Commercial; and consider and approve an ordinance providing for said rezoning. This property is located on Loop 567, east of Lipan Hwy. 17. Public Hearing regarding a request of Ryan Thomas for a Specific Use Permit to allow for fuel/resource dispensing station on a 5.664 acre tract of land situated in the Robert Always Survey, Abstract #4; and consider and approve an ordinance providing for said SUP. This property is located on Loop 567, east of Lipan Hwy. 18. Public Hearing and approval regarding a request of Ryan Thomas to Preliminary Plat a 5.664 acre tract of land situated in the Robert Alway Survey, Abstract #4 to Lot 1, Block 1 of the Lover s Lane Addition. The property is located on Loop 567. 19. Public Hearing regarding a request of Lumbermen s Investment Corporation to amend existing PD Planned Development on Tracts 5 & 6 of Harbor Lakes Section 6B & Section 7 (Section 7, withdrawn by applicant); and consider and approve an ordinance providing for said amendments. This property is located on Harbor Lakes Drive. 20.
