COURSES DESIGNED 1. Developed Five-Year Integrated Course on Philosophy and Heritage along with Dr S Penchalaiah and Dr C Sam Christopher which would help the 14

student to equip himself with specialized knowledge in Philosophy. 2. Developed Two-Year M.A. Program on Social Philosophy and Development Dynamics along with Dr S Penchalaiah and Dr C Sam Christopher which would help the student to have a deeper knowledge of the philosophy of Social Problems and the developmental initiatives. 3. Developed a P.G. Diploma course on Professional Ethics and Personality Development. The course is designed in such a way that after the completion of the Diploma, if the student takes up one year off-campus internship linked program by attending prescribed examinations and submitting a project report he would be awarded M.A. in Ethics and Human Resource Management. (All these courses were designed as a part of the initiative taken in introducing Five-year integrated choice based credit system in the university.) OTHER RELAVENT INFORMATION Administrative Experience - 8 years In-Charge of Examination (May 2000 May 2005) Successfully discharged the total responsibility of the examinations section from the inception of the university for 5 years i.e., from May 2000 May 2005 and established procedures and systematized the administration of the examinations section. Assistant Director of Distance Education (November 2007- July 2008) As the First Assistant Director of the School of Distance and Off-campus Education I am responsible for the establishing proper paper work procedures and correspondence with the Students, other educational institutions and the university. My sincerity, hard work and honesty earned for me a promotion as Deputy Director. Deputy Director of Distance Education (July 2008 - December 2008) As the First Deputy Director I was responsible for the planning of the academic schedules, conducting classes, arranging for the seminar for the students and coordinating the study centres which numbered more than 150 during that time. 15

Co-ordinator UGC (November 2006 March 2009) I am instrumental in preparing the X plan proposal for which the Dravidian University received 4 crores for the 6 months period. In preparing the XI plan proposals of the Dravidian University and coordinating with the UGC and getting the grants for various developmental activities and projects I played a significant role. Warden Men s Hostel: (2011-2012) discharged my duties as the Warden of two Men s student maintained Hostels with approximately 280 students. I systematized the process of purchasing provisions, maintenance of bills and accounts without much difficulty. There was cooperation from students, staff and the university administration which made me work efficiently for the benefit of the students. *** 16
