Register an Account (1/3) If you have not registered before, go to the Home page of the Index and Awards platform of Community Business Click on My Account / Login communitybusiness.secure-platform.com 2018 Community Business Limited. All rights reserved. 3
Register an Account (2/3) Register an account using the details of the main contact person making the Award nomination(s) Create an 8-digit password Click the Register button You will return to the Home page and you re logged into your newly created account 2018 Community Business Limited. Register an Account (3/3) Log out or log into your account at any time under My Account / Login You can make changes to your Award nomination(s) at any time until you finalise the nomination The deadline for nominations is 22 February 2019 2018 Community Business Limited. All rights reserved. 5
Start an Award Nomination (1/6) Log into your account and use the Award Nominations link to enter the Award Nominations platform You can start multiple Award Nominations by using the link in the menu, under My Submissions and Nominations 2018 Community Business Limited. All rights reserved. 6

Start an Award Nomination (4/6) On the Award Nominee page, enter all fields to give information about your nominee Make sure to save your work using the buttons at the bottom of the page 2018 Community Business Limited. All rights reserved. 9
Start an Award Nomination (5/6) On the Nominee Description page, fill in all text fields to support your nomination. Start an Award Nomination (6/6) Make sure to save your work using the buttons at the bottom of the page Access your saved nomination by clicking My Submissions and Nominations in the menu Return to your nomination by clicking Edit At any time, create a PDF of your submission by clicking Print 2018 Community Business Limited. Finalise Nomination (1/1) When you have populated all fields, save and finalise your work Please note, you cannot make changes to your Award nomination, once it is finalised. If you discover that you need to reopen your nomination, please contact Adrienne Davis or Ente Breed before 15 February 2019 (one week before the deadline of 22 February 2019) You will receive an automated email once you submitted an entry; please check your spam folder if you do not receive any emails 2018 Community Business Limited.
