Communication from the Mayor recommending the appointment of Sergio Sensi as Commissioner of Finance for the City of White Plains. 2. Communication from the Mayor in relation to the appointment of Dawn Barrett as a member of the Youth Board to a term which will expire on December 31, 2019. 3. Communication from the Mayor in relation to the appointments of Dennis Power, as Chairman, and Sidia Cortes, Mary Perri, Stephen Walfish, Millie Castro, Kenneth Creary, William Brady, Marie Houston and Rosa Boone-Morgan as member of the Community Development Citizens Advisory Committee to terms which will expire on December 31, 2018. 4. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the Mayor or his designee to enter into an agreement on behalf of the City of White Plains with Clear Channel Outdoor, Inc., (CCO), to allow CCO to sell and display advertising on Parking System Displays. 10. Communication from Director, Youth Bureau, in relation to a grant in the amount of $30,828 from the County of Westchester to support the Youth Bureau s Comprehensive Youth Alternatives Project Programs. 11. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to execute an agreement to accept on behalf of the City of White Plains (through its Youth Bureau), a $30,828 grant from the County of Westchester to support the White Plains Youth Bureau s Comprehensive Youth Alternatives Project Programs. 12. Communication from Director, Youth Bureau, in relation to an agreement between the City and the White Plains Performing Arts Center for the use of the facility to hold the White Plains Youth Bureau s Annual Dance Benefit. 13. Ordinance authorizing the Mayor or his designee to enter into a rental agreement with the White Plains Performing Arts Center to use its facility to hold the White th Plains Youth Bureau s 13 Annual Dance Benefit Follow My Lead, on February 24, 2018, from Noon to 10:00 P.M. 14. Communication from Library Director in relation to a grant from the American Library Association, Libraries Ready to Code initiative in the amount of $25,000 to be used to promote computer science and computational thinking among youth.

15. Ordinance authorizing an amendment to the 2017-2018 Library Fund Budget to increase revenues and expenditures to reflect a $25,000 grant from the Libraries Ready to Code Grant. 16. Communication from Personnel Officer in relation to a proposed amendment to the Municipal Code Compensation and Leave Plan. 17. Ordinance amending Section 2-5-76 of the White Plains Municipal Code by allocating the salary of a certain position title. RESOLUTIONS: 18. Communication from Corporation Counsel in relation to an application submitted on behalf of Westpark Associates NY LLC, for a site plan amendment to construct a new three story parking Garage at 1111 Westchester Avenue, an environmentally sensitive site, and scheduling a public hearing for February 5, 2018. 19. Resolution of the Common Council of the City of White Plains scheduling a public hearing for February 5, 2018, in relation to the application submitted on behalf of Westpark Associates NY LLC, for site plan amendment to construct a new parking garage at 1111 Westchester Avenue, White Plains, NY, which is an environmentally sensitive site as defined by Chapter 3-5 of the White Plains Municipal Code. 20. Communication from Corporation Counsel in relation to an application submitted on behalf of White Plains Hospital for an Site Plan Amendment and Special Permit to renovate an existing building located at 79 East Post Road for professional office use, and scheduling a public hearing for February 5, 2018. 21. Resolution of the Common Council of the City of White Plains scheduling a public hearing for February 5, 2018 in relation to the application submitted on behalf of White Plains Hospital ( Applicant ), for Special Permit and Amended Site Plan Approval for the renovation of the existing four story facility located at 79 East Post Road, situated in the B-3 Zoning District. 22. Communication from Corporation Counsel in relation to an application submitted on behalf of Saber White Plains, LLC and Chauncey White Plains, LLC, for Special Permit and Site Plan Approval on a proposed mixed use development to be located between Westchester Avenue and Franklin Avenue, known as The Collection. 23. Resolution of the Common Council of the City of White Plains scheduling a public hearing for February 5, 2018, in relation to the application submitted on behalf of Saber Chauncey WP, LLC, for Special Permits to construct a mixed use development at 100-106 Westchester Avenue, 90-96 Westchester Avenue, 80 Westchester Avenue, and on certain lots on Franklin Avenue, White Plains, NY.
