The Special Meeting of the Board of Education of the Canal Winchester Local School District was held in Room 204 at 100 Washington Street on July 1, 2010. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by the President, David Brobst, and upon roll call the following members were present: Mr. David H. Brobst, Mr. John M. Kantner, Mr. Brian J. Niceswanger, Mrs. Debra M. Waites, and Mr. Michael A. Yonnotti. RES.#2010-074 CONSENT AGENDA Motion by Mr. Yonnotti, seconded by Mr. Kantner, to approve all of the items listed in the consent agenda (E.1. through E.8.), as follows: C.1.
