(Consolidated up to 170/2012) ALBERTA REGULATION 404/92 Forests Act TIMBER REGULATION 1 The fees prescribed in Tables 1 and 2 are the fees payable to the Government for the items set out in those tables. 2 The forms prescribed in the Schedule are the forms that are to be used pursuant to the Forests Act and the regulations under that Act. 3 The Timber Regulation (Alta. Reg. 268/78) is repealed. 4(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on being filed under the Regulations Act. (2) If the Scaling Regulation is not in force when this Regulation is filed under the Regulations Act, this Regulation comes into force when the Scaling Regulation comes into force. 5 For the purpose of ensuring that this Regulation is reviewed for ongoing relevancy and necessity, with the option that it may be repassed in its present or an amended form following a review, this Regulation expires on April 30, 2016.
