Public Hearing opened at 7:07 and closed at 7:11 P.M. City Engineer Gilmore reviewed the use permit application along with representative Nick Brown of Cottrell Engineering for Tractor Supply Co. The use permit is to allow outdoor displays of merchandise in designated areas on the parcel. All merchandise is paid for inside the store. This is a great use for the parcel at the northeast corner of 99th Avenue and Pierce Street. This type of store has a variety of merchandise from the sale of feed, farm supplies, and baby chicks. It will be a great addition to the community and provide many products that residents can use as they have a myriad of products for the "hobby farmer." Tractor Supply Co. has a new store in Buckeye and Wickenburg. Several additional new stores will be opening throughout the region over the next year.
