Documents Filed: Memorandum from City Auditor Sharon W. Erickson, dated March 2, 2016, recommending approval of the Auditor's Report of Activities for February 29, 2016. City Auditor Sharon W. Erickson offered the Auditor's Office Monthly Report of Activities for the month of February 2016 and responded to Committee questions. Public Comments: David Wall suggested the Auditor include an addendum to every audit describing the funds used for specific programs, e.g. street sweeping. Appeals of Public Records Act Request OPEN FORUM (1) David Wall expressed innovative suggestions pertaining to housing the homeless population. (2) Danny Garza, Plata Arroyo Neighborhood Association, requested information or a copy of the City's Policy and Regulations related to code enforcement of a blighted tire shop in his neighborhood. Mayor Sam Liccardo asked Mr. Garza to remain after the meeting to speak with the Assistant City Manager. (3) Martha O'Connell suggested an earlier cut-off time for Council memorandums and lengthy related materials to be posted online for the Council Meetings.
