KENTUCKY YMCA YOUTH ASSOCIATION 2019 MIDDLE SCHOOL 1 KUNA AGENDA ALL SCHEDULED EVENTS ARE MANDATORY Sunday March 3rd ** You may set up your Global Village booth beginning at 12:30pm. ** **Early arrivals may gather in Exhibit Hall until their hotel rooms are ready** 1:00 PM Schools to begin arriving and storing luggage in assigned spaces (hotel room keys will not be available) 2:30 **All students and adults must attend one of the meetings below** New Delegates Meeting Crowne Ballroom -First time Middle School KUNA Delegates Experienced Delegates Meeting / -All delegates who have attended Middle School KUNA before Adult Meeting & Registration -All Advisors & Chaperones to Attend 3:15 Transition to Specialized Program Meetings (if applicable). All other delegates may set up global village displays. Please remain in Crowne Ballroom or Exhibit Hall if not moving into rooms. 3:30 Candidates Meeting Franklin International Stage Meeting Oldham (We understand that students in specialized programs may also be participating in the International Stage. Your specialized role program meeting is priority. Please send a minimum of 1 performer per delegation.)
