There will be one (1) potential winner in total. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries conducted by or on behalf of the Sponsor during the Promotion Period with tentative winner selection dates on or about June 10, 2015 (the "Drawing Date"). The potential winners will be notified by email. The potential winners are subject to verification. If a potential winner is a minor under the laws of his or her state of residence, the prize may in the Sponsor's sole discretion be awarded to the winner's parent and/or legal guardian. No prize or any portion thereof is transferable or redeemable for cash. Any portion of the prize that is not accepted is forfeited. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the winner(s) and select an alternate winner(s) if the winner(s) elects not to accept the prize or any portion of the prize. APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws or any other rules or principles that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.
