Surveyor: Highway projects are almost complete; can begin to re-monument corners. Land Records: Plat book in final draft. Land Information Plan, Land Record Modernization Plan and state parcel initiative all continue to be reviewed; City of Superior attempting LiDAR acquisition next year. Register of Deeds: 677 documents recorded in August. ACTION ITEMS: 2019 Proposed Budgets Zoning and Rural Housing Authority: May condense budgets to simplify for next year. Both budgets remain the same with slight personnel increases to zoning. ACTION (REFERRAL): Motion by Ryan, second by Baker, to approve 2019 proposed Zoning and Rural Housing Authority budgets as presented and refer to Administration Committee. Motion carried. Land Conservation: Budget has small increase. ACTION (REFERRAL): Motion by Ryan, second by Glazman, to approve 2019 proposed Land Conservation budget as presented and refer to Administration Committee. Motion carried. Land Records: Personnel expenses had slight increase. ACTION (REFERRAL): Motion by Baker, second by Ryan, to approve 2019 proposed Land Records budget as presented and refer to Administration Committee. Motion carried. Surveyor/Tax Lister: Budget is down 13.8% due to money transfer of personnel change. ACTION (REFERRAL): Motion by Ryan, second by Glazman, to approve 2019 proposed Surveyor/Tax Lister budget as presented and refer to Administration Committee. Motion carried. Budgetary Transfer: 2018 Capital Project: Money to be transferred to acquire tablet for GPS.
