Action: Directed the property owners to install a sound barrier recommended by the project engineer. Directed staff to conduct a new noise analysis to assess the mitigation of the sound barrier and noise impacts on the surrounding properties. In the interim, allow the use of the batting cage between the hours of 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. for up to two times per day for a maximum of 15-minutes per use, provided no metal bats allowed.
