Tom Walther wished everyone Happy New Year. Special Thanks to Jeff and Michele f opening their new home to the club f the Chili Dump / Membership meeting SECRETARY S REPORT No Board meeting, No Rept. TREASURER S REPORT 2004 Dues should be paid ASAP to the Treasurer. 2004 Annual Membership with mailed newsletter $45 plus $10.00 Annual Car show raffle prize 2004 Annual Membership with electronic email newsletter $30 plus $10.00 Annual Car show raffle prize We will be renewing SEWCC.com domain name f $16.00 this month. This is always a good time to check your membership details on the web site f accuracy. Email webmaster secretary edit any updates. There are no other outstanding bills at this time. MONTHLY MINUTES- Continued QUARTERMASTER S REPORT Tom Andrekus is still wking on getting a new der assembled. SEWCC logo s can be added to almost any item that our vend offers. If you would like to view the catalog, go to www.adwit.com If you have questions give Tom a call. He is planning the next der f late February March. There is a reduced price with a minimum of 10 items on an der. ADVERTISING REPORT No Advertiser elected in December. Jeff Nevaski volunteered to help the club as Advertiser. He was quickly unanimously elected 2004 Advertiser. OLD BUSINESS 2003 Christmas Party Party was held December 20 th at the Chancery in Racine. Special Thanks to Sue Walther and Kim Manna f ganizing the 2003 Christmas party. 27 members attended. The annual gift exchange was a lot of fun again. NEW BUSINESS Vacant Advertiser Position Jeff Nevaski volunteered to help the club as Advertiser. He was quickly unanimously elected 2004 Advertiser Presented 2003 Membership of the Year Award. Tom Andrekus presented the 2003 Membership of the year to Dick and Connie Krueger Congratulations Dick and Connie!! 2004 Car Show Date Competing Car shows in August include: Elkhn Car Show August 1 st ; Badger Vettes Show August 15 th. Random Lake August 22. After a brief discussion Fred Tayl made a motion we set date back to third Sunday of August. (August 15 th. 2004). Motion passed. 2004 Christmas Party Li Andrekus researched (3) possible new locations f 2004. #1 Chancery --- I65/I94 in Bristol We can der anything off the menu $50.00 charge f a separate room. #2 Victia s --- Kenosha uptown $100 non-refundable charge f a private room and bar tender. (3) entrée choices f dinner.. quarter barrel maybe a possibility. #3 Stage Stop --- Wilmot 1 st 2 nd flo. Li suggested Victia s on December 18 th 2004. Fred Tayl made a motion f Victia s on the 18 th. and Tom seconded motion. Motion passed f Victia s on December 18 th with Li Andrekus as member in charge. Treasurer provided $100 deposit after meeting. Outline of Events f first 6 Months February Membership Meeting Date changed due to the Superbowl to January 31 st following the Board meeting at Tom and Sue Walthers. February Bowling Party Delayed maybe late February Walt Powel is checking on Union Grove Bowl. Additional infmation to follow the February Club meeting.

New Business Continued March Membership Party/ Club meeting We will be combining the Membership meeting and the Membership party on March 13 th. starting at 6:00 pm at Dick and Connie Kruegers.
